What order do utensils go in?
I have trouble with this because I'm left-handed, so I tend to do it backwards. The order is this (going from left to right):
Salad fork
Dinner fork
Put the napkin underneath the forks
Plate
Knife
Spoon
The bread plate on your right is yours, as is the glass.
